Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting, marketing, and digital services, all sales are final.

Once a service has been purchased and delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued.

If a duplicate charge or billing error occurs, clients may contact PRATOSOLUTIONS LLC within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at the discretion of PRATOSOLUTIONS LLC.
